Esto ser\u00e1 posible a trav\u00e9s de <strong>15 tecnolog\u00edas multimodales<\/strong> con las que educadores podr\u00e1n analizar el comportamiento y las emociones de sus estudiantes dentro del aula. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto se llama <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ifelldh.tec.mx\/en\/living-lab\/experiential-classroom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Experiential Classroom<\/a><\/strong> y est\u00e1 a cargo<strong> del <a href=\"https:\/\/ifelldh.tec.mx\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Living Lab &amp; Data Hub&nbsp;<\/a>del Institute for the Future of Education (IFE)<\/strong> del Tec de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Innovaciones educativas que transforman al Tec de Monterrey\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/amLafUBCz-k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experiential Classroom<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de conectar al estudiantado a distintos dispositivos, los cuales medir\u00e1n<strong> variables del comportamiento, as\u00ed como sus interacciones<\/strong>. Los datos que arroje cada medici\u00f3n se utilizar\u00e1n para analizar el <strong>nivel de aprendizaje<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder del proyecto, <a href=\"https:\/\/ifelldh.tec.mx\/en\/semblanza\/luis-fernando-moran-mirabal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Luis Mor\u00e1n Mirabal<\/a>, explic\u00f3 que, actualmente, est\u00e1n experimentando a menor escala, de manera individual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho espacio \u2212que es la versi\u00f3n peque\u00f1a de lo que ser\u00e1 la Experiential Classroom\u2212 cuenta con varios equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos como: una c\u00e1mara de profundidad que observa el esqueleto; <strong>visores de realidad virtual y realidad mixta; <\/strong>adem\u00e1s de diademas para rastreo neuronal, sensores para las manos y un brazalete que mide el <strong>comportamiento<\/strong> <strong>fisiol\u00f3gico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsto va a permitir un mejor entendimiento de c\u00f3mo aprenden los estudiantes, la motivaci\u00f3n que tienen, la comunicaci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n que tienen en este tipo de entornos\u201d, explica Mor\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final de una clase, por ejemplo, se tendr\u00e1n datos de distintas variables como la postura en la que estuvo sentado el alumno, los gestos que hizo con las manos, los movimientos de los ojos, la forma de sus apuntes, incluso se podr\u00e1 saber sobre sus emociones, es decir, si estuvo concentrado o motivado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi bien estos primeros dispositivos los probamos a escala individual, en el pr\u00f3ximo semestre estaremos hablando de un siguiente nivel donde estemos hablando de grupos de tres a cinco personas para obtener datos de todo un equipo\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><picture>\r\n                <source srcset=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/04\/experiential-classroom.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\">\r\n                <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/04\/experiential-classroom.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-156545\" width=\"501\" height=\"453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/04\/experiential-classroom.png 302w, https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2023\/04\/experiential-classroom-300x271.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/>\r\n            <\/picture><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>La tecnolog\u00eda busca medir la satisfacci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. (Ilustraci\u00f3n: Institute for the Future of Education \/ Tec de Monterrey)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procesar las emociones en tiempo real<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los mayores retos del proyecto es aprender a traducir el conjunto de datos que las tecnolog\u00edas recopilen. Para la fase experimental, Mor\u00e1n cre\u00f3 un diagrama con el cual es posible saber si la experiencia del alumno frente al ejercicio en la computadora es <strong>positiva o negativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTraducimos (los datos) a emociones a trav\u00e9s del valor que le dan, de la excitaci\u00f3n y otras caracter\u00edsticas. Es un diagrama que, en el eje horizontal, mide la valencia positiva y negativa, que se relaciona en qu\u00e9 tanto le gusta o no le gusta la actividad. En el eje vertical tenemos la motivaci\u00f3n. Podemos ver si la persona est\u00e1 aburrida, relajada o triste\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mor\u00e1n busca que, en un futuro, la Experiential Clasroom est\u00e9 disponible para analizar entre 15 y 20 alumnos, quienes podr\u00edan estar recibiendo una clase tradicional o bien utilizando<strong> visores de realidad virtual y realidad mixta<\/strong>, con mediciones procesadas en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe est\u00e1 tratando de convertir estos datos en <strong>indicadores de aprendizaje<\/strong>. Involucra muchas disciplinas de ciencia de datos, arquitectos pedag\u00f3gicos y, por el tema de consideraciones \u00e9ticas, pues tiene que haber consentimiento de los participantes\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Experiential Classroom eventualmente se encontrar\u00e1 ubicado en el cuarto nivel del Edificio Expedition, donde tambi\u00e9n se encontrar\u00e1n las oficinas del IFE del
