Una investigaci\u00f3n pendiente\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Uno de los grandes retos para las universidades que imparten la carrera de medicina es <strong>entender el ecosistema educativo de la disciplina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/perfilesycapacidades.javeriana.edu.co\/es\/persons\/carlos-gomez-restrepo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carlos G\u00f3mez Restrepo<\/a>, psiquiatra y decano de la facultad de medicina de la Universidad Javeriana, existe<strong> una carencia en la investigaci\u00f3n de educaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que ve fundamental comenzar a resarcir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl estudio de la investigaci\u00f3n en educaci\u00f3n no es lo suficientemente fuerte. El personal de salud cuenta con estrategias b\u00e1sicas en c\u00f3mo pasamos revista, en ense\u00f1ar cirug\u00eda, pero tenemos que empezar a publicar c\u00f3mo lo hacemos con el fin de ayudarnos\u201d, dijo G\u00f3mez Restrepo en el <a href=\"https:\/\/live.tec.mx\/videos\/through-the-glass-disruptive-research-in-academic-health-centers-keynote-with-carlos-gomez-restrepo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seminario<\/a> convocado por <a href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/tag\/tecsalud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TecSal<\/a><a href=\"\/es\/tag\/tecsalud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">u<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/tag\/tecsalud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d<\/a>:<em> Investigaci\u00f3n Disruptiva en Centros Acad\u00e9micos de Salud.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los retos que enfrenta la investigaci\u00f3n en las facultades de medicina es que<strong> los fondos para estos proyectos son cada vez m\u00e1s limitados<\/strong> y dif\u00edciles de obtener, afirm\u00f3 el decano de la facultad, donde estudian 1,200 alumnos de medicina, de los cuales 450 participan en semilleros de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para alcanzar estos objetivos, es necesario el trabajo en equipo de distintas disciplinas e incluso, uno de las materias que se han implementado en las carreras se centra en <strong>mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n entre estudiantes y profesionales de la salud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHace un tiempo se llamaban <strong><a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/divulgacion-ciencia\/habilidades-blandas\/\"   title=\"La ciencia de datos analiza habilidades blandas que son clave para el crecimiento profesional\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"210\">habilidades blandas<\/a>, pero realmente son las duras<\/strong>. Alguien que no sepa comunicar no puede ser un buen profesor y sin esto, tampoco puede existir una buena investigaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo G\u00f3mez Restrepo.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo es que los m\u00e9dicos logren equilibrar las <a href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/humano-social\/gamificacion-humor-y-risa-mejoran-el-desempeno-de-los-alumnos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">materias y la investigaci\u00f3n<\/a>, fomentando un ambiente amigable en el que tambi\u00e9n desarrollen competencias pedag\u00f3gicas. Para el decano, es importante permitir que los estudiantes e investigadores de posgrado<strong> dispongan de tiempo suficiente para asimilar lo aprendido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA veces les damos tanto que no dejamos tiempo para pensar.
