{"id":167503,"date":"2024-08-28T17:27:29","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T23:27:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/?p=167503"},"modified":"2025-06-03T22:44:09","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T04:44:09","slug":"reporte-de-iniciativas-de-desarrollo-sostenible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/humano-social\/reporte-de-iniciativas-de-desarrollo-sostenible\/","title":{"rendered":"La investigaci\u00f3n del Tec ayuda al desarrollo sostenible de personas y comunidades"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/tag\/institute-of-advanced-materials-for-sustainable-manufacturing\/\">In<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/tag\/institute-of-advanced-materials-for-sustainable-manufacturing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stitute of Advanced Material for Sustainable Manufacturing<\/a>, publicaciones cient\u00edficas en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.com\/products\/scopus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SCOPUS<\/a> y el Laboratorio de Sostenibilidad y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, son parte de las <strong>147 iniciativas y proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n con impacto<\/strong>, con las que el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey contribuy\u00f3 durante 2022 y 2023 al <strong>desarrollo sostenible de las personas y sus comunidades<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Investigaci\u00f3n con impacto es una de las nueve categor\u00edas que contempla la tercera edici\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/tec.mx\/sites\/default\/files\/repositorio\/sentido-humano\/desarrollo-sostenible\/Reporte-iniciativas-desarrollo-sostenible-2022-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reporte de Iniciativas de Desarrollo Sostenible<\/a> de la instituci\u00f3n, donde tambi\u00e9n se destaca el trabajo de las y los profesores investigadores que participaron en <strong>2,352 publicaciones acad\u00e9micas<\/strong> en <em>journals<\/em>, <strong>424 art\u00edculos de divulgaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>459 proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> implementados, <strong>134 libros coordinados y 127 publicados<\/strong>, 85 cap\u00edtulos de libros publicados y <strong>25 <a href=\"\/es\/negocios-innovacion\/propiedad-intelectual-investigadores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">patentes<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa investigaci\u00f3n que realizamos en el Tec, caracterizada por su enfoque innovador e interdisciplinario, <strong>es esencial para avanzar el desarrollo sostenible<\/strong>, ya que aborda los desaf\u00edos complejos del mundo actual con soluciones integrales y transformadoras\u201d, se\u00f1ala en el documento <a href=\"https:\/\/research.tec.mx\/vivo-tec\/display\/PID_499395\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Feniosky Pe\u00f1a-Mora<\/a>, vicepresidente ejecutivo de Investigaci\u00f3n y decano nacional de la Escuela de Ingenier\u00eda y Ciencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, a trav\u00e9s de los diferentes proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica se impulsa el cumplimiento de los <a href=\"https:\/\/operacionesdeinvestigacion.tec.mx\/es\/ods-en-investigacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)<\/a> de la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU)<\/strong>, con la generaci\u00f3n de <strong>innovaciones y tecnolog\u00edas que promueven el progreso <\/strong>en \u00e1reas como salud, educaci\u00f3n, medio ambiente, cambio clim\u00e1tico y la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><picture>\r\n                <source srcset=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/08\/desarrollo-sostenible.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\">\r\n                <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/08\/desarrollo-sostenible.jpg\" alt=\"Directivos del Tec de Monterrey participan en un panel sobre inclusi\u00f3n digital.\" class=\"wp-image-167506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/08\/desarrollo-sostenible.jpg 750w, https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/08\/desarrollo-sostenible-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/>\r\n            <\/picture><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">David Garza, rector y presidente ejecutivo del Tec (izq.), In\u00e9s S\u00e1enz, vicepresidenta de Inclusi\u00f3n, Impacto Social y Sostenibilidad (centro) y Carlos Bejos, director nacional de Inclusi\u00f3n Digital (der.), participaron en un panel durante la presentaci\u00f3n del reporte. (Foto: Alejandro Salazar\/TecScience)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investigaci\u00f3n con impacto para el desarrollo sostenible<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el reporte se mencionan varias iniciativas destacadas en el apartado de investigaci\u00f3n, como el <strong>Institute of Advanced Materials for Sustainable Manufacturing<\/strong>, que busca contribuir a una econom\u00eda neutra en carbono a trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico y el emprendimiento basado en ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este instituto, establecido en 2022, promueve el dise\u00f1o de procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n de alta tecnolog\u00eda para acelerar y escalar la producci\u00f3n de materiales avanzados con un impacto m\u00ednimo en el medio ambiente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra iniciativa destacada son las <strong>publicaciones cient\u00edficas en SCOPUS <\/strong>con impacto en los ODS 2023-2024 de la <a href=\"\/es\/tag\/egade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EGADE Business School<\/a> que buscan, a trav\u00e9s del conocimiento, generar soluciones a los retos de la humanidad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>Laboratorio de Sostenibilidad y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico<\/strong>, otro de los proyectos mencionados, investigadores ofrecen asesor\u00eda\u00a0 y desarrollan soluciones y prototipos para abordar los desaf\u00edos del cambio clim\u00e1tico en la regi\u00f3n occidente del pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, la <strong>Cl\u00ednica Nansen de Migraci\u00f3n y Refugio<\/strong>, es una iniciativa que genera acciones de respuesta sostenibles a las necesidades de atenci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, psicosocial y de integraci\u00f3n a las personas migrantes y refugiadas en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tec.mx\/es\/conocenos\/oficina-del-rector-y-presidente-ejecutivo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">David Garza<\/a>, rector y presidente ejecutivo del Tec de Monterrey destaca en el reporte que \u201clas universidades \u2014como <strong>centros de investigaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje<\/strong> \u2014tenemos un papel fundamental en la <strong>generaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y conocimiento<\/strong>, pero, sobre todo, en el impulso de liderazgos comprometidos con la sostenibilidad\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"CAETEC, el laboratorio de agroindustria m\u00e1s grande del Tec\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KumXUQ000LI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tec presenta Reporte de Iniciativas de Desarrollo Sostenible 2022-2023<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compartir internet y mejorar espacios en comunidades, ofrecer cursos, capacitaciones y servicios de salud gratuitos o de bajo costo, son otras acciones que presenta el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey en su tercer Reporte de Iniciativas de Desarrollo Sostenible, mismas que han tenido <strong>impacto en 932,880 personas en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En total son 851 iniciativas<\/strong>, proyectos, actividades y programas que fueron llevados a cabo por estudiantes, EXATEC, docentes, investigadores, colaboradores del Tec de Monterrey, <a href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/tag\/tecsalud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TecSalud<\/a> y Tecmilenio, as\u00ed como aliados como organizaciones sociales, empresas, organismos internacionales y gobiernos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste reporte da <strong>visibilidad a todas las personas que se involucraron en estas iniciativas<\/strong>, la comunidad, academia, estudiantes y colaboradores, hay mucha gente que ha hecho posible esto porque tiene el compromiso y lo quiere hacer\u201d, coment\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/research.tec.mx\/vivo-tec\/display\/PID_17259\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In\u00e9s S\u00e1enz<\/a>, vicepresidenta de Inclusi\u00f3n, Impacto Social y Sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las acciones realizadas, entre el 1 de enero de 2022 y el 31 de diciembre de 2023, tambi\u00e9n se destacan 87,825 cursos gratuitos y de bajo costo; la <strong>reducci\u00f3n del 47% de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero <\/strong>en los campus; 5,446 apoyos sociales, como despensas, comidas y ropa destinados a personas damnificadas por el hurac\u00e1n Otis; 2,330 MiPymes que recibieron apoyo o capacitaci\u00f3n; 217 mil personas beneficiadas con acceso a internet y desarrollo de competencias digitales b\u00e1sicas; 51,105 consultas; y 400 becas de estudio del 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del total de estas acciones, 657 fueron realizadas por el Tec de Monterrey, 190 por Tecmilenio, y 4 por TecSalud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento tambi\u00e9n indica que el <strong>ODS 4 Educaci\u00f3n de calidad fue el que tuvo m\u00e1s iniciativas<\/strong>, con 211 registradas; le siguen el ODS 3 Salud y bienestar, con 89; el ODS 12 Producci\u00f3n y consumo responsables, con 68; y el ODS 10 Reducci\u00f3n de las desigualdades, con 66.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHay que reconocer, pero tambi\u00e9n usar estos logros alcanzados para redondear esfuerzos y seguir colaborando con aliados de todos los sectores de la sociedad, encontrando<strong> formas innovadoras para avanzar significativamente en los ODS<\/strong>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Cynthia Villarreal<\/strong>, directora de Desarrollo Sostenible y Vinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Define Tec indicadores para medir resultados<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de la estrategia para medir los resultados y el impacto de iniciativas y proyectos, se generaron indicadores y nueve categor\u00edas, que son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Materiales y comunicaci\u00f3n para la educaci\u00f3n de calidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigaci\u00f3n con impacto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acciones por el clima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acci\u00f3n solidaria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclusi\u00f3n digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emprendimiento con impacto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espacios accesibles y sostenibles.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salud y bienestar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movilidad Social.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De estas categor\u00edas, la que m\u00e1s iniciativas registr\u00f3 fue Materiales y comunicaci\u00f3n para la educaci\u00f3n de calidad, con 286 proyectos; en segunda posici\u00f3n Investigaci\u00f3n con impacto, con 146; y Acciones por el clima, con 144.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn esta edici\u00f3n del reporte fuimos un paso m\u00e1s adelante para medir de mejor manera los resultados de las iniciativas y tambi\u00e9n el alcance que tenemos como instituci\u00f3n. Trabajamos con la Escuela de Gobierno y Transformaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y el Institute for the Future of Education para medir los resultados, de tal forma que refleje el trabajo, tiempo, esfuerzo y <strong>aportaciones de la comunidad del Tec a la sociedad<\/strong>\u201d, dijo <strong>Paola Visconti<\/strong>, gerente de vinculaci\u00f3n de <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/tecscience.tec.mx\/es\/humano-social\/ruta-azul-tec-de-monterrey\/\"   title=\"Ruta Azul: sostenibilidad desde las universidades\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"77\">Ruta Azul<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de estas iniciativas, proyectos, pol\u00edticas y alianzas que tambi\u00e9n se describen en el reporte, el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey tambi\u00e9n logr\u00f3 posicionarse en rankings universitarios enfocados en el desarrollo sostenible, como <strong>THE Impact Ranking<\/strong> y <strong>QS Sustainability Ranking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el trabajo de <strong>investigaci\u00f3n en desarrollo sostenible<\/strong>, la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y programas institucionales en este rubro, la instituci\u00f3n mejor\u00f3 sus posiciones en estos listados en el \u00e1mbito global, regional y nacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reporte fue presentado en el campus Monterrey del Tec, ante directivos e integrantes de la comunidad de la instituci\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n aliados que han participado en las diferentes iniciativas y programas de desarrollo sostenible.
